Professional Biography
Bamofin Olatokunbo Sanni is the Principal and Founding Partner of Olatokunbo Sanni & Co. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in December 1990. Stemming from a background in Public Service with the Ogun State Government, he retired from public service after 20 years of service and thereafter established the law firm with others.
His experience in Corporate and Commercial Law practice has assisted in the growth of his practice.
The law firm represents a sizeable number of multinational companies, especially those of Asian culture and background, including China.
Bamofin Olatokunbo Sanni has developed significant experience in corporate and property law practice in Nigeria, acting as Company Secretary as well as Director to several multinational companies. He has facilitated the establishment and restructuring of several companies with multimillion-naira share capital.
Currently, Bamofin Olatokunbo Sanni serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nigerian Enamelware PLC and as Company Secretary of Beloxxi Industries Ltd.
In service to his community, he was conferred with the title of Bamofin of Omu Ijebu. He is also the founder of the Bamofin Olatokunbo Sanni Foundation, which awards scholarships to upcoming legal scholars in Nigeria.
He is the Head of the Law Firm and the Coordinator.
